In order to ensure that books are properly sanitized and clean prior to student checkout, you will have to request books directly through this form so that I can pull them for you. Filling out this form below sends an email request to my account; I will then log your novel in the library system, pull the novel for you, and have it ready for the next time I see you in person in class. You can fill this form out at any time you are able, at home or at school, but please leave at least 24 hours for me to pull the novel for you.

You may only check out one book at a time, and you must either return or renew your novel after 2 weeks. You will only be able to renew if there is no one else on the request list. Fill out the form below a second time in order to request a renewal. You should receive an email notification when your novel is due soon.
